How It Works
- Combine in an anvil — place your chestplate and elytra together in an anvil to forge an Armored Elytra
- Fly with protection — wear it in your chestplate slot for both flight and armour defense
- Split in a grindstone — if you want to separate them, use a grindstone to get both items back
Details
- Works with any chestplate — iron, diamond, netherite, and even trimmed armour
- Trim and dye compatibility — armour trims and leather dye colours are preserved when combining
- Enchantments — both chestplate and elytra enchantments carry over to the combined item
- Splitting in the grindstone returns both original items with their properties intact
The Armored Elytra renders visually — you'll see both the chestplate armour and elytra wings on your character.
