Daycare

The Daycare is the enhanced breeding system on PBG, providing improved egg production, shiny chances, and pasture management beyond the standard Cobblemon breeding.

Getting Started

To get started with breeding or to upgrade your incubator tiers, talk to the Dusty Daycare NPC at the Daycare in Zenith. You can get there via /warp daycare or by speaking to the Warp Master at spawn.

How It Works

1. Place two compatible Pokemon in a pasture — they must be able to breed together
2. Wait for egg production — eggs are attempted every ~20 minutes
3. Collect eggs from the pasture
4. Hatch eggs by walking with them in your party

Tiered incubators provide different capacities and egg processing speeds:

Higher tier incubators process eggs faster and may hold more eggs at once.

Breeding Mechanics

• Move Inheritance — offspring inherit moves from both parents
• Egg Tooltips — hover over eggs to see Pokemon info before hatching
• Size Variation — offspring can have different sizes
• Hopper Collection — eggs can be automatically collected with hoppers
• Offline Egg Production — eggs are generated retroactively when your pasture loads after being offline
