Cobbleworkers

Use Pasture Blocks as utility blocks that give your Pokémon jobs. Automate harvesting, resource generation, and more with your Pokémon workforce.

Cobbleworkers is a companion mod for Cobblemon that turns the Pasture Block into a powerful utility block. Your Pokémon can now automatically perform various jobs, making resource gathering and management much easier!

Overview

Pokémon will automatically place all of the items they collect into inventories nearby! This means you can set up automated farms and resource collection systems using your Pokémon.

Available Jobs

Your Pokémon can perform a variety of jobs when placed in a Pasture Block:

Harvesting Jobs

  • Apricorn Harvesting - Collect apricorns from trees
  • Berry Harvesting - Gather berries from berry plants
  • Crop Harvesting - Harvest crops from farmland
  • Mint Harvesting - Collect mints
  • Netherwart Harvesting - Harvest netherwart in the Nether

Resource Generation

  • Amethyst Harvesting - Mine amethyst clusters
  • Tumblestone Harvesting - Collect tumblestones
  • Honey Collecting/Generation - Generate honey (requires Combee, Vespiquen, or compatible Pokémon)
  • Lava Generation - Generate lava (Fire-type Pokémon)
  • Water Generation - Generate water (Water-type Pokémon)
  • Powder Snow Generation - Generate powder snow (Ice-type Pokémon)
  • Fishing Loot Generation - Generate fishing loot (Water-type Pokémon)
  • Fuel Generation - Generate fuel (Fire-type Pokémon)
  • Brewing Stand Fuel Generation - Generate fuel for brewing stands (Dragon-type Pokémon)

Utility Jobs

  • Crop Irrigation - Water crops automatically (Water-type Pokémon)
  • Item Gathering - Collect items using Psychic-type Pokémon
  • Pick-up Loot Generation - Generate items (Pokémon with Pick-up ability)
  • Dive Loot Generation - Generate items from diving (Pokémon that know Dive)
  • Healer - Heal other Pokémon (Happiny, Chansey, Blissey, or Pokémon with healing moves)
  • Fire Extinguisher - Extinguish fires (Water-type Pokémon)

How It Works

  1. Place a Pasture Block - Set up a Pasture Block where you want your Pokémon to work
  2. Place Your Pokémon - Put a compatible Pokémon in the Pasture Block
  3. Set Up Inventories - Place chests or other storage containers nearby
  4. Automatic Work - Your Pokémon will automatically perform their job and deposit items into nearby inventories
Different Pokémon are suited for different jobs. Check which Pokémon can perform each job type to optimize your workforce!
The mod uses job types based on Pokémon types and abilities. Make sure your Pokémon matches the job requirements for best results.
